I started Launch & Comply because I kept seeing the same thing real estate based business owners with real potential, stalled by design that does not communicate the aspiration of the target audience, operation workflows that do not protect the investment in the property and regulatory system that felt impossible to navigate alone. With over 15 years in design, real estate development, construction and compliance in multiple states and the Caribbean, I knew there was a better way.
